Nodeschool International Day 2015

What is Nodeschool?

Node.js is a Javascript framework for easily building fast, scalable network applications. Nodeschool is a series of challenges that help people learn Node.js and general Javascript skills.

When is it?

May 23, 2015

Morning Session: Intro to Node

Join us for the morning session from 9:30am-12:30pm to learn about what node.js is, when to use it, what it's good for, and differences people coming from other programming languages should be aware of.

Afternoon Session: Streams & Promises

The afternoon session from 1:30pm to 4:00pm will focus on asynchronous flow control using Streams and Promises. This workshop will benefit intermediate javascript programmers with some node.js experience.
