NHS Hack Day 20 is happening on the 30th June - 1st July in central London. The days will run from 09:00 - 17:00 (please note this is not an overnight event) with a fun social in between!

What is an NHS Hack Day?
Hack Days are a fun way to brainstorm collaboratively and create real solutions. Making actual “products” isn’t necessarily the aim; we're more concerned with having a great time, learning something new and meeting some brilliant people.
The main benefit of NHS Hack Days is having people with a wide range of skills all in the same room and working together, something which may not be achieved quite so explicitly during your day job.
The weekend is kicked off by the sharing of ideas in the form of pitches, after which groups form around the popular ideas. From here on ideas are worked into projects known as "hacks" until about 3pm, at which time groups will share their progress so far.
Sunday follows a similar format with groups carrying on working on their projects until project submission at 2:30pm, ready for presentations at 3pm, followed by project feedback and at last, tearful goodbyes.
