ngAtlanta + nodeAtlanta

The third edition of ngAtlanta is coming and we are excited to announce the first annual nodeAtlanta

After the feedback we received during ngAtlanta 2019 we decided to take our same approach to organizing a conference and apply it to a Node conference. We also recognize that we have a lot of people in our community that are also members of the Node community. With these two thoughts in mind we decided to launch a Node conference the same week as ngAtlanta. The two conferences come together in the middle of the week for our first ever Full Stack Day.

As an attendee you can choose your own adventure at our conference, you can choose 'how you sit with us'. Here are some ways you can experience:

  • Full Stack Pass: Admission to our single track conference for all 5 days.
  • Angular Pass: Admission to Feb 17th - 19th
  • Angular Workshops: Take place on 20th and 21st and are additional
  • Node Pass: Admission to Feb 19th - 21st
  • Node Workshops: Take place on 17th and 18th and are additional

Nathan Walker & Dave Coffin present:
Let’s dive into successful architecture lessons to building well crafted mobile user experiences. The variety of disciplines including design, in depth platform experience and engineering often contribute to the daunting task of building a mobile app rich in features while maintaining a simplistic beauty and delightful feel to its end users. To make matters more challenging is the demand to the developers to craft a codebase that is scalable, easily maintainable and versatile which could withstand new features for years without affecting performance or stability. It’s easy to code yourself into a corner in large mobile app developments. In this workshop we’re going to look at architectures that can be streamlined by the use of thoughtful schematics and also look at building lively user interfaces which provide versatility with room to scale with tools like NativeScript for iOS and Android.
