'Of Land & Sea'- A Feast of Gastronomy & Mixology from the hills and coves of Dingle

Dingle Distillery and Native Waves are delighted to present ‘Of Land & Sea’, an unique collaborative culinary experience celebrating Dingle Gin, Dingle Peninsula and it’s passionate artisan food producers.

On Sunday 29th April in Lucky’s, Meath St, Kevin Murphy (Idas, Dingle), David Holmes (Coke Lane Pizza), Henea Afli (Native Spaces) and Pieter Reid (Native Blenders) join forces to create a sensory journey that encapsulates the taste of the Kerry landscape.

The meal will be prepared in David’s wood fire oven and will consist of 7 courses in total, 3 food and 4 beverage. Food menu consists of a flatbread with smoked salmon, followed by Dingle mountain lamb and Murphy’s Ice cream as desert.

Dingle Gin forms the backbone of the entire menu which will celebrate the natural beauty of the Dingle Peninsula.

As Kevin has extensive experience in foraging for ingredients and botanicals from his time running Idas, expect earthy botanicals and innovative infusions. This will tie in seamlessly with Dingle Gin which uses local botanicals such as Mountain Ash wood, fuschia, Rowan, to give it’s unique character and flavour profile.
