Intro
TestBash UK, our largest in-person software testing conference takes stage at The Lowry Theatre, in Manchester, UK, starting on the 22nd of September 2022.
We will have two days packed with all the things we've been missing: networking, activities, challenges, games and plenty of other opportunities to learn and meet your fellow community members in person!
Whilst we plan all the finer details, you can start helping us and getting involved by buying a ticket to guarantee your space; share on social media, with your colleagues and community members; contribute by submitting an abstract for a talk, an activity, or both, a challenge, a Q&A session, a game or anything else you might want to suggest; sponsoring; or reviewing abstracts.

When and where is the conference?
The conference is taking place on the 22nd and 23rd of September 2022 in Manchester, at The Lowry Theatre.
Is there a code-of-conduct?
Yes, you can read it here, and it is enforced.
What is the MoT Pro Account?
The Ministry of Testing has an online learning platform called The Dojo which has free and paid for content. The paid content can be unlocked by buying a Pro membership, but additionally, Pro members get £50 off their TestBash tickets, get to attend all of our online TestBashes for free and so much more!
Do you offer group discounts?
We offer group discounts for groups of 5 or more. If you would like to enquire about this, please email us at testbash@ministryoftesting.com, excludes training courses. Group discounts can not be used with any other discounts.
Where should I stay?
There are a lot of hotels in the area, but the closest one is the Holiday Inn Media City.
We have secured a rate at this hotel for £115.00 inc VAT and Breakfast until the 24th of August 2022.
This rate is only available between the 21st to the 24th of September 2022. You will need to have a credit card ready to secure and pay for the booking.

Will there be food?
Yes! Refreshments during the day and lunch will be provided on both days. If you have dietary requirements, please let us know as soon as possible so we can do our best to cater for it. You will be asked for these once you've purchased your ticket, so make sure you complete it.
Can I get a refund?
Under normal circumstances, we can refund tickets up to 45 days prior to the event. 15% admin fee applies to all refunds. We have also included an exceptional COVID-19 related clause in our refund policy: Event Terms and Conditions Refund Policy
