When and where is the conference?
The conference is taking place on the 1st and 2nd of October 2025 at the Brighton Dome.
Is there a code-of-conduct?
Yes, you can read it here, and it is enforced.
What is the MoT Professional Account?
The Ministry of Testing has an online platform with member benefits. The paid content can be unlocked by buying a Professional Membership, but additionally, Professional members get 20% OFF their TestBash tickets. Please note that tickets purchased with the Professional discount are exclusively for use by the Professional Members and are non-transferable. Tickets purchased using a Professional Discount will only be valid if the attendee has a valid Professional Account at the time of the conference.
I have an Unlimited Membership, how can I get my ticket? Get in touch with one of our team members using the chatbot or emailing testbash@ministryoftesting.com and we will send you a ticket link.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! There are several ways you can get discounts:
- All Professional Members get 20% DISCOUNT. If you are a Professional Member, make sure you're logged in with your Professional account, click the 'Buy ticket' green button and you should be able to see the discounted tickets. Please note that tickets purchased with the Professional discount are exclusively for use by the Professional Members and are non-transferable. Tickets purchased using a Professional Discount will only be valid if the attendee has a valid Professional Account at the time of the conference.
- Group discounts available for non-Professional Teams:
- 5 to 10 tickets: 5% Discount
- 10 to 15 tickets: 10% Discount
- 15+ tickets: 15% Discount
Where should I stay?
We will look to get special rates agreed with hotels local to the venue. More details on this will be added later this year.
Will there be food?
Yes! Refreshments during the day and lunch will be provided on both days. If you have dietary requirements, please let us know as soon as possible so we can do our best to cater for it. You will be asked for these once you've purchased your ticket, so make sure you complete it.
Can I get a refund?
Under normal circumstances, we can refund tickets up to 90 days prior to the event. 15% admin fee applies to all refunds. Event Terms and Conditions Refund Policy
