Mindful Makers Dinner with ARENSBAK™
Join us for a curated evening of mindful drinking, dining, and conversation: On Saturday, May 31, we’re hosting a special Mindful Makers Dinner with Christian Arensbak, founder of Danish Proxies producer ARENSBAK, at our friends' restaurant TELLER Berlin.
We’ll gather around one long table at TELLER on Pappelallee for a seasonal four-course pescatarian sharing dinner (vegetarian options available), thoughtfully paired with the full range of ARENSBAK’s alcohol-free fermented Proxies (<0.5%) – including special batches and aged expressions rarely poured.
We invite you to share a table – and a few good stories – with the minds behind the bottles. Christian will join us at the table, alongside Jennie from The Mindful Drinking Club, for an open and inspiring exchange over good food, drinks, and ideas.
Your ticket includes the set menu of four shared courses, all ARENSBAK Proxies served throughout the evening, water, and a small surprise from The Mindful Drinking Club. Please set your preference of pescatarian or vegetarian during checkout.

Seats are limited. If you can no longer attend, we’ll do our best to reallocate your spot. A refund is only possible if your seat can be resold.
Please note: TELLER will be open for regular service that evening, so we’ll be part of the lively restaurant setting. The table is reserved for us until 8:00 PM, and we kindly ask all guests to arrive on time.
