Additional Information
Who is it for?
Mental Health First Aid is for anyone over 16 who wants to develop a better understanding of mental health. It comes highly recommended for business leaders, line managers, HR professionals and Health & Safety experts. No prior knowledge of mental health is required.
It will be an interactive 2 days with a mix of presentation, group discussions and activities. We will provide a safe learning environment and are trained to support you throughout the whole course. Due to the sensitive subjects within the course, we limit numbers to 16 people.
Please note: MHFA is NOT a form of therapy or counselling support – if you’re wondering if this course is right for you please contact kat@everyday-people.co.uk
What will I take away with me?
You'll get a MHFA manual and workbook, both great resources to use after the course. You will also receive a certificate from MHFA England confirming you are a trained Mental Health First Aider!
Who will my facilitator be?
