You can run, walk, jog or crawl 5 or 10k. Tackling over 30 obstacles that range from ladders to slides to Tarazan swings, Mud Baths to high steps to water features.

The Mayhem track has seen a whole spectrum of challengers from professionals to a family celebrating a 50th birthday! They all came back with massive grins on their faces telling us how much craic Mayhem is!
