El yoga reúne cuerpo, mente y alma para crear equilibrio y tranquilidad. Madrid For Refugees te invita a clases de yoga cada sábado (10:00-11:00) con la instructora profesional Yoly de Venezuela. Ella es instructora profesional de yoga y danza libre!

IMPORTANTE: Para poder hace la clase, necesitamos un mínimo de 3 personas apuntadas en la misma fecha! Si no llegamos al mínimo en la fecha que has apuntado, te avisamos con 24 horas de antelación que la clase está anulada y te podemos devolver el dinero o podemos posponer la clase para otra fecha cuando hay asistentes suficientes.
Da igual tu edad o tu nivel de experiencia con el yoga : todo el mundo puede participar!
Las clases son impartidas en español.
Estas clases son parte del proyecto de Madrid For Refugees que ayuda a migrantes, refugiados, y personas llegadas recientemente a España para desarrollar sus propios proyectos para la comunidad.

Yoga brings together the body, mind and soul to create a more balanced and tranquil self-being. Madrid For Refugees invites you to hatha yoga classes every Saturday (10:00-11:00) with professional instructor Yoly from Venezuela. She is a professional instructor for yoga and dance.

IMPORTANT: In order to conduct the class, we require a minimum of 3 students signed up on the same date. If we don't reach this number on the date that you signed up for, we will inform you with at least 24 hours notice that the class is canceled and we will refund you the money or we can postpone the class to another date where there are enough people.
No matter your age or level of experience with yoga: everyone can participate!
The class will be conducted in Spanish.
