An introduction to digital safety, exploring what cybersecurity means in everyday life and how to protect yourself and your family when using digital devices. Includes practical guidance on reducing the risks of cyberbullying and staying safe online.

An overview of popular social media platforms and their key features. This session helps parents better understand how children engage online and suggests positive ways to explore social media together.
March 12th, 2026
An interactive session with guest speaker Chris Kissack, focusing on the games young people enjoy. Participants will gain insight into gaming culture and have the chance to ask questions about gameplay, safety, and screen time.
March 19th, 2026
A beginner-friendly introduction to investing, delivered by Ewelina Sims from Ramsey Crookall. This session also compares traditional online banking with digital banking, explains the basics of cryptocurrencies, and introduces simple spreadsheet tools for managing personal budgets.

A hands-on introduction to artificial intelligence, showing how technology can be used creatively at home. With guest speaker Natalie Gallagher from LEMA Logic, this session demonstrates fun, practical activities that parents and children can explore together.
April 1st, 2026
Practical digital skills to support employment and learning, including improving CVs, using LinkedIn effectively, understanding cloud storage, building confidence with email, and using AI tools to support study and productivity.
