Additional Information

Each team will play on four boards each of the six rounds (except in the case of byes and defaults), but you can bring up to six players and rotate who is playing throughout the day. In the event of a team of more than 4 players winning trophies we will ask for a contribution towards the cost of extra trophies.

Teams are expected to play in order of strength, and maintain that order throughout the day.

Players are only supervised in the playing hall so must have adult supervision for other times.

All games are Chess Scotland graded. All junior games are now graded according to the time control so all sections will be Allegro graded.
