Terms and Conditions – Ulster Rugby Ticket & Transport Package

1. General

• This package is available to persons aged 18 or over only. Proof of age may be required.

• All match tickets are for the Memorial Stand at Kingspan Stadium, which is a standing-only area.

• By purchasing this package you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Payment & Pricing

• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change until payment is confirmed.

• A non-alcoholic drink may be substituted for the included bottle of beer.

3. Ticket Collection

• You will receive a ticket receipt at the time of purchase, not your match day ticket.

• Match day tickets will be available for collection only at Lavery’s on match day, two hours before kick-off.

• You are responsible for collecting your ticket within this time frame.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of a postponed match.

• If a home match is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you prefer a refund, you must request it in writing to tickets@laverys.com within 72 hours of the postponement announcement.

• Please note: when the rescheduled date is announced (which may be weeks later), it will be too late to request a refund.

• If you are unable to attend a match you have purchased a ticket for, we may offer to put your ticket back on sale. This service is available until 7 days before the fixture. If the ticket is resold, you will receive a full refund; if not, the ticket will remain yours for collection.

• Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from Lavery’s.

5. Travel Arrangements

• The bus will depart Lavery’s and Kingspan Stadium at the times stated in your ticket information email.

• It is your responsibility to ensure you are on the bus for both journeys.

• A Lavery’s steward will be stationed outside the Mount Merrion entrance to Kingspan Stadium 15 minutes before the game ends until the bus departs at the scheduled time.

• No alcohol may be consumed on the bus unless expressly permitted by law and by the bus operator.

6. Behaviour & Conduct

• All passengers and ticket holders must behave responsibly at all times. Failure to do so may result in immediate removal from the bus, refusal of entry to the stadium, or ejection from the stadium without refund.

• You are not guaranteed re-entry to Lavery’s after the game; intoxicated persons may be refused entry at the discretion of door staff and management.

While at Kingspan Stadium, you must comply with stadium rules, including:

• No smoking (including e-cigarettes) in enclosed spaces or the stadium viewing bowl.

• No throwing of missiles, unauthorised entry to the pitch, possession of fireworks/flares, or offensive chanting (as per Part 4 of the Justice Act (NI) 2011).

• Breach of stadium regulations may result in prosecution and/or banning orders.

7. Liability

• You are fully responsible for the care of your ticket once collected. Lavery’s accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or unused tickets.

• Lavery’s is not liable for injury, property loss, delays, or cancellations beyond our control, including severe weather, travel disruption, industrial action, public health restrictions, or cancellation by Ulster Rugby. Our liability is limited to the price paid for your package.

8. Photography & CCTV

• CCTV operates throughout the stadium for safety and crime prevention purposes.

• By entering the stadium you consent to photographic and/or video recordings being taken and used by Ulster Rugby and its partners for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Data Protection

• Personal data provided for your booking will be used only for the purpose of processing your order and arranging your ticket/travel. It will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your booking.
