Our guest this week is Tracy Schmidt, founder of Socially Authentic, a social media training and coaching consultancy. Before founding Socially Authentic, Tracy worked at Crain's Chicago Business, the Chicago Tribune, and Time Magazine. She has broad experience in applying social media to reporting, developing new media products, and other innovations.
