Lab Lunch 11/17 — Ellen Mayer from Hearken

Ellen Mayer is the community manager and idealist-in-chief at Hearken, a software company at the core of a new way of thinking about public-powered journalism that's gaining a lot of attention. Ellen helps Hearken support newsrooms as they listen to and engage with their audiences and communities. She worked in public radio for the last two years before making the jump to a product company.
