Lab Lunch 11/3 — Sasha Neri from the Chicago Public Library

We are excited that Sasha Neri from the Chicago Public Library's Maker Lab is joining us for lunch this week! Sasha helped write "Design Thinking for Libraries," a toolkit sponsored by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation that helps librarians across the world bring new perspectives, new tools, and new approaches to better serve and engage their communities. The CPL's Maker Lab is home to some of the most innovative ideas in libraries across the country and as journalists and technologists we have so much to learn from the work that Sasha is doing.

Ask Sasha about 3D printers, working with civic-minded Chicagoans, photography and her favorite books.
