Learning & Development Canada

ADDRESSING THE EVOLUTION IN WORKPLACE LEARNING

In a year of unprecedented change – from the impacts of COVID-19 to racial and social unrest – L&D professionals have been required to completely rethink how they address the evolution in workplace learning and find new avenues to deliver meaningful results.

HRD’s Learning & Development Canada is making its debut as a transformative one-day learning and development event. It will connect senior L&D and HR professionals from across the industry and country to provide valuable opportunities, share strategies and solutions to workplace learning challenges, benchmark against their peers in the industry, and pursue best practices.

The speaker line-up for the 2021 agenda will be looking at the future of L&D and the new world of work, focusing on harnessing emerging strategies, leading in a remote work environment, curating content, enhancing learning through technology and coaching programs, and building a strong learning culture in the workplace.
