Purchase a single VIP table ticket (1) or sponsor a VIP table for four (4) to enjoy a pre-show reception at beloved Rose Pizzeria from 5 to 7 PM, followed by KEXP's Yule Benefit Concert at Berkeley's iconic UC Theatre featuring Kamasi Washington with special guest Bartees Strange and support from Hannah Lew.

What is the difference between a single VIP table ticket and sponsoring a table for 4?
When you donate $1,250, you receive reserved table seating for 1 guest at the concert and 1 invitation to the pre-show reception. When you donate $5,000, you receive a reserved table that seats 4 guests and 4 invitations to the pre-show reception.
How much of my ticket price is a donation?
The fair market value is $250 for the pre-show reception and ticket. For a single ticket purchase of $1,250, the remaining $1,000 is a tax-deductible donation to KEXP. For a $5,000 table purchase for four guests, $4,000 is a tax-deductible donation to KEXP.
Where is the pre-show reception located?
We will gather at Rose Pizzeria located at 1960 University Ave. Berkeley, CA 94704. This is one block away from UC Theatre where the show will be.
Is there another way I can make this gift other than a credit card?

In accordance with IRS guidelines, Donor Advised Funds (DAF) cannot be used to pay any portion of the cost of a ticket or table to a special event in which the full price is not tax deductible. The full value of tickets or tables must be purchased with personal funds. Donor-advisors should consult their DAF manager, tax advisors, and/or legal counsel with questions about proposed contributions and any other restrictions that apply to DAF grants.
Is there ADA accessibility at both the pre-reception at Rose Pizzeria and UC Theatre?
Yes. There are no entryway steps to Rose Pizzeria and the restroom is on the main floor. The VIP seating at the UC Theatre is also ADA accessible. Please email bayarea@kexp.org if you have specific questions.
Is this an all ages event?
No, this is a 21+ only event.
