KATUSHA x KRING 2018 winter ride
For the first KATUSHA x KRING ride of 2018, we would like to welcome you to Bois de la Cambre.
Our Ambassadors, Karel and Karl-Heinz of PedalBXL couriers, will guide you for a +-55km social ride on Sunday 18th February, leaving at 8am sharp!
Meet at at the Kiosk next to the water, in the car park. From there you will explore the area of Zonienwoud/Genvaal/Tombeek/Overijse, before ending the ride in Bosuil, Jezus-Eik for a drink.
Back in Brussels, KATUSHA Sports clothing can be found in Kring Dansaert shop.
Important notes: - We ride on public roads and shoe respect to other traffic and traffic rules. - We ride 2 by 2 and always stay behind the guides. - If anybody has a mechanical or anyone drops, make sure to pass the info to the front of the group.

**** By registering for the this Event (the “Event”), I acknowledge and agree that: · I will participate in the Event and ride only if I am medically able, properly trained and have my own insurance. · I will assume total responsibility for any health problems, injury, material damage and all other risks associated with my participation in this Event. · I will assume the risk of participating in traffic and I will observe the applicable traffic regulations at all times. · I will wear an helmet properly fitted on my head at all times and maintain a good behaviour and attitude during the Event. · Only adult are allowed to participate in the Event. Minors must be accompanied by an adult during the Event or shall present their parent’s written authorisation. · KATUSHA SPORTS SA reserves its right to exclude from the Event any participant. Furthermore, the Event may be amended, postponed or cancelled at any time. KATUSHA SPORTS SA will not be held accountable for reimbursing any cost or loss. · I grant the permission to KATUSHA SPORTS SA to take photographs and/or videos of me and to make recordings of my voice during the Event (hereinafter, collectively, the “Material”). I further grant to KATUSHA SPORTS SA the royalty free exclusive right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast, licence, distribute and create derivative works of the Material, without restriction, for any purpose and in any existing or yet to be invented media. · I hereby for myself or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, unconditionally waive any and all claims of liability in connection with my participation in the Event. I will indemnify and hold KATUSHA SPORTS SA harmless from and against any and all claims in connection with my participation in the Event. · These terms are to be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in relation to the Event shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
