Q. How do I get a refund?
- Unfortunately, all tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else.
Q. Can I transfer my ticket(s) to someone else?
- Yes, all tickets are transferable. Within the confirmation email titled “Your JSConf Korea 2019 Ticket”, click the “CHANGE DETAILS” button. This will lead you to your ticket’s details page. Click “Re-assign” and enter the full name and email address of the transferee.
Q. What is "Scholarship Support" and how does it work?
- If you purchase one of the Scholarship Support options, you will be helping someone from our scholarship program to attend. More information coming soon.
Q. What’s the schedule for the conference?
- Registrations are from 9 am until 10 am.
- The main event is from 10 am until 6 pm.

- 티켓 환불은 불가능합니다. 다만 자유롭게 양도하실 수 있습니다.
Q. 티켓 양도가 가능한가요?
- 모든 티켓은 양도 가능합니다. 티켓 이메일(제목: “Your JSConf Korea 2019 Ticket”)에서 “CHANGE DETAILS” 버튼을 누르시면 티켓 상세 페이지가 뜹니다. 여기서 “Re-assign” 버튼을 누르시고 양도 대상의 이름, 성, 이메일 주소를 입력하시면 됩니다.
Q. "장학생 지원" 옵션은 무엇인가요?
- 장학생 지원 옵션을 구매하시면 장학생을 위한 컨퍼런스 티켓을 구매하는데에 쓰여집니다. 장학생 프로그램에 대한 정보는 추후 공유될 예정입니다.
Q. 행사 일정은 어떻게 되나요?
- 등록: 오전 9시 - 10시
- 메인 행사: 오전 10시 - 오후 6시
