What if I'm new to OKRs?
That's fine — Session 1 covers the fundamentals from the ground up before Session 2 goes deeper.
If I already know how to create OKRs, do I need the first session?
Yes. I've taught this session to many organizations — including advanced OKR practitioners, such as teams at Google — and it's consistently well received. Even experienced practitioners come away with new insights, sharper distinctions, and approaches they hadn't considered. Session 1 also sets up the shared language and framing that make Session 2 (creating OKRs with AI) far more effective.
