Writing Your Grant Application Successfully

The Israel Academy of Ministry wants to help you to enter this new year equipped and confident in an often neglected area: Grant Writing. This two-day course will offer tools for the beginner and the advanced. As an operational example, we will also be looking at the recent FIRM foundation grant which was presented this fall and practical ways to improve our applications.

Guest instructor Jennifer Fretz-Smith has over 25 years worth of experience in strategic business development, grant consulting, and human resource management as well as experience managing over 2200 volunteers for community service engagement and has received and managed grants up to $3,000,000.00.

The course will be hosted only online via Zoom: Monday & Tuesday December 28-29, 2020
From 4pm-6pm Local Israel Time Cost: 100 NIS

ONE ON ONE MEETINGS In addition to the two days of class instructions – Jennifer has agreed to make herself available for one-on-ones for those individuals and teams that interested on Sunday December 27th from 10 am to 3 pm local Israel time. You will receive the registration link for this meeting during the registration process.

Please note that time slots will be given out on a first come first serve basis.

GROUP SESSIONS In addition to these one on one meetings and the regular class time - Jennifer will also offer three group sessions to tackle specific questions regarding intense budgets, basic grant paperwork, and google & grant.
