Path for the Public Finances 2024: Climate Change Revisited

This is the Council’s 8th annual Path for the Public Finances conference on public finance issues.

This year’s conference will revisit the theme of budgeting for climate change. 

A range of international experts will give their perspectives on progress towards a low carbon economy. This includes some of the most advanced modelling of the fiscal impacts of climate change. 

We will also hear from a number of domestic speakers, who will outline some recent research on the economic and fiscal implications of climate change in Ireland.
