IrishPF Masters Nationals 2024
The Irish Powerlifting Federation’s Masters Nationals 2024 will take place in Marina Market, Cork on the 6th July 2024
Entry Requirements
- Top 20% of Masters from each age class will receive invites, split by Male & Female.
- Remaining tickets will be put on general sale to all Master lifters with an IrishPF membership.
- Lifters who wish to purchase a General Sale ticket must have competed at least once before in the IrishPF or NIPF.
Competition Format
- Podium (1st, 2nd, 3rd) for each Weight Class and Age Category
- Overall Best Lifters by DOTS points, separated by age category
- Age categories: M1, M2, M3, M4
- You can set IrishPF National Records (if eligible) in your regular IPF Weight & Age Class
Key Information
- Full IPF Anti-Doping procedures will be in action
- All personal equipment must be on the IPF approved list, see here for more details
- Venue: Marina Market, Cork
- Dates: 6th July 2024
- Masters Nationals Athlete Entry Fee: €100.00 includes entry, anti-doping fee, and official Competition T-Shirt
- Coach Entry Fee: Will be confirmed & released at a later date
- You must complete the Entry Form after completing your purchase by clicking "Assign This Ticket"

- Final deadline for completing entry forms will be Fri 31st May 2024 at 23:00 Irish time
- You may compete in a weight class above or below the weight class you were invited in
- Flight splits (i.e. “what flight am I in?”) will be confirmed by Wed 5th June at the earliest
- A livestream will be made available for the weekend.
