IrishPF Junior National Championships 2023

The Irish Powerlifting Federation’s Junior National Championships 2023 will take place in ABS Gym, Dublin on the 15th & 16th of April 2023

Entry Requirements

Junior National Champion and top 3 totals from each weight class will be invited
Remaining tickets will be put on general sale to all Sub-Junior & Junior lifters with an IrishPF membership

Competition Format

Podium (1st, 2nd, 3rd) for each Weight Class
Club Podium if we have more than 3 or more clubs with more than 5 lifters
Overall Best Lifters by DOTS points, separated by age category
Age categories: Sub-Junior (Born after 2005) & Junior (Born 2000-2004)
You can set IrishPF National Records (if eligible) in your regular IPF Weight & Age Class

Full IPF Anti-Doping procedures will be in action
All personal equipment must be on the IPF approved list, see here for more details
Venue: ABS Powerlifting, Dublin
Dates: 15th-16th April 2023
Athlete Entry Fee: €80.00 includes entry, anti-doping fee, and official Competition T-Shirt
Coach Entry Fee: Will be confirmed & released at a later date
You must complete the Entry Form after completing your purchase by clicking "Assign This Ticket"
Final deadline for completing entry forms will be Fri 24th March 2023 at 23:00 Irish time
You will not be able to change your weight class or club after Fri 24th March 2023 at 23:00 Irish time
Flight splits (i.e. “what flight am I in?”) will be confirmed by Wed 29th March at the earliest
