IrishPF Bench-Only Nationals 2024
The Irish Powerlifting Federation’s Bench-Only Nationals 2024 will take place in AJ Cronin Strength and Fitness, Carrick-on-suir on the 8th of December, 2024.
Entry Requirements
- Top 3 Bench Presses from each weight class will be invited
- Remaining tickets will be put on general sale to all lifters with an IrishPF membership, and you must have competed with the IrishPF once before.
Competition Format
- Podium (1st, 2nd, 3rd) for each Weight Class [Open and SubJunior]
- Overall Best Lifters by IPF GL points
- Age categories: Open, Sub Junior
- You can set IrishPF Bench Only National Records (if eligible)
Key Information
- Full IPF Anti-Doping procedures will be in action
- All personal equipment must be on the IPF approved list, see here for more details
- Venue: AJ Cronin Strength and Fitness, Carrick-on-suir
- Dates: 8th December 2024
- Bench-Only Nationals Athlete Entry Fee: €55.00 includes entry, anti-doping fee, and official Competition T-Shirt
- Coach Entry Fee: Will be confirmed & released at a later date
- You must complete the Entry Form after completing your purchase by clicking "Assign This Ticket"
- Final deadline for completing entry forms will be Fri November 1st at 23:00 Irish time
- You will not be able to change your weight class or club after this time
- Flight splits (i.e. “what flight am I in?”) will be confirmed by Wed 6th November at the earliest
