The Irish Powerlifting Federation’s May Open 2018 will be hosted by CityGym Limerick on May 19th and 20th 2018.

There are no refunds available on competition entry fees.

  • You must complete the May Open Entry Form after completing your purchase.
  • Final deadline for completing entry forms will be Friday April 27th 2018 at 23:59 Irish time.
  • Flight splits (i.e. “what flight am I in?”) will not be confirmed until Sunday April 29th 2018.

  • AM Session: 0700 – 0830
  • PM Session: 1200 – 1330

Expected Lifting Times

  • AM Session: 0900 – 1300
  • PM Session: 1400 – 1800

Records & Qualification Status

  • National Records may not be broken at this event.
  • This event will be a qualifying event for All Irelands 2018, Junior & Masters Nationals 2018, and Open Nationals 2019.
