The Irish Powerlifting Federation’s Last Chance 2017: December Open will be held in CityGym, Limerick on December 10th 2017.

There are no refunds available on competition entry fees.

  • Dates: December 10th 2017
  • Entry Fee: €50.00
  • You must complete the October Open Entry Form after completing your purchase.
  • Numbers: 4 flights, 14 lifters per flight, 56 lifters total.
  • Final deadline for completing entry forms will be Saturday November 17th 2017 at 23:59 Irish time.
  • Flight splits (i.e. “what flight am I in?”) will not be confirmed until Sunday November 18th 2017.
