The Women in Work Summit takes place on 7th & 8th October 2026.
For the first time, Women in Work will take place across two days - designed to move from implementation to influence.
Day One: Implementation Forum, LinkedIn Experience Centre, London
On Wednesday 7th October at the LinkedIn Experience Centre, we will bring together the people inside organisations doing the work of change every day: HR leaders, ERG leads, inclusion teams and those turning good intentions into better workplaces. We will also launch the WiW GEM 2026 Report, with those in the room among the first to hear the findings.
Day Two: Women in Work Summit, Kings Place, London
On Thursday 8th October at Kings Place, we will bring together senior leaders, policymakers, academics, media, partners and change-makers for the flagship Summit - exploring the big ideas, bold conversations and practical action needed to keep women in work and build workplaces where more women can stay, progress and thrive.
