Women in Work Summit New York 2025
As the New York Academy of Medicine approaches its 100th anniversary, a century marked by groundbreaking contributions to public health and equity, it provides a powerful backdrop for the 2025 Women in Work Summit. This year’s gathering is not just timely, it’s necessary.
In a moment where gender equity is facing renewed cultural and political headwinds, the Summit offers a critical space for business leaders, policymakers, and changemakers to regroup, rethink, and recommit. Now more than ever, we must come together to protect the progress that’s been made and chart bold, practical paths forward.
The Women in Work Summit convenes cross-industry voices to share candid insights, case studies, and actionable strategies that help organizations better attract, retain, and advance female employees; especially through the pivotal life stages often overlooked in the workplace, from menstruation to menopause.
As with the Academy’s century-long mission to address the evolving needs of society, this Summit is about creating lasting change by meeting women where they are and designing workplace cultures, policies, and benefits that do the same.
The event starts at 9am (with registration open from 8.15am) and ends at 5pm and includes breakfast, refreshments, lunch and a networking reception.
Passes include digital access to all talks after the event, along with digital access to last year’s (2024) Women in Work sessions, to watch on demand. You will receive additional information on how to access that content once registered.
Join us at this historic venue to honor the past, confront the present, and shape a more equitable future for women in the workforce.
