Leadership Training: Building Good Staff Relations (6 weeks)

This is an accredited course for school leaders delivered by an ICTU tutor over 6 weeks, via a combination of zoom and face-to-face, providing practical tips on how to build good staff relations and deal with difficult conversations/situations.

The topics covered in the course include:

• Effective communication
• Managing difficult situations
• Handling grievances and disciplinaries
• Mediation/LRA

There are 6 x3 hour sessions, 3 before Christmas and 3 after:·

• Week 1 - Wednesday 16^th November 2022 – 2-5pm in INTO Northern Office·
• Week 2 - Wednesday 23rd November 2022 – 2-5pm on ZOOM·
• Week 3 – Tuesday 29^th November 2022 – 2-5pm on ZOOM ·
• Week 4 – Wednesday 18 January 2023 – 2-5pm in INTO Northern office·
• Week 5 – Wednesday 25 January 2023 – 2-5pm on ZOOM·
• Week 6 – Wednesday 1 February 2023 – 2-5pm in INTO Northern Office
