This training course is suitable for School Representatives who have completed the Induction (Foundation Day One) Training Course. Accredited School Representatives are entitled to the day out of school to attend trade union training. (Substitute cover is not provided).

This is day two of a two-day course and covers dealing with members’ queries and representation, negotiation and casework skills. (Please register separately or each day you wish to attend).
