No one should ever feel alone in the work they are doing. One-on-one supervision is important, however Signs of Safety group supervision supports workers to benefit from the practice wisdom from their colleagues and peers promoting best outcomes for the children and their families. In this workshop we will be focusing on demystifying group supervision and appreciative inquiry.
