All tools and equipment are supplied. All you need to bring is your apron and if doing a full day or two day class please bring a light lunch and some water. Tea and coffee are provided. The workshops this year are amazing, so grab a friend and come learn while you're having fun.

Multi award winning Carla Puig from Spain is undoubtedly one of the world's most sought after teachers. Her classes are in high demand worldwide. Carla will be teaching exclusively at the show whilst she is in Australia. This is a rare opportunity to train with one of our industry's very best. In order to complete this class in one day and to pack in as many learning outcomes as possible, in this workshop you'll be applying modelling chocolate and fondant to a polystyrene base, however the end result is definitely achievable in cake. Usher is a former Contributing Editor at Chocolatier magazine, a Director of the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP). In our sugar world you'll probably know her best for her work with "The Sweet Life" and "Cookie Connection." Many of today's Cookie heroes (including Marta Torres) thank Julia for their start.
