An Evening With: 

Darling brings together internationally acclaimed drummer Darren Beckett, whose career has taken him from New York to stages including Carnegie Hall and the Royal Albert Hall, performing with artists such as Madeleine Peyroux, Brandon Flowers, Lee Konitz, and Kenny Wheeler. Guitarist Joseph Leighton, one of Ireland's most exciting jazz talents, has forged a distinctive voice through studies at the Banff Centre's Workshop in Jazz and Creative Music, international performances, and collaborations with leading artists across the contemporary jazz scene. Completing the trio is acclaimed singer-songwriter Galia Arad, whose rich, genre-spanning songwriting and captivating live performances have taken her across the US, UK, Ireland, and Japan, including regular tours supporting Jools Holland. Together, Darling blends adventurous jazz improvisation with lyrical songwriting, creating music that is both intimate and expansive.
