Eamonn is former Deputy Chairman and Marketing director of Superquinn the supermarket chain now part of the Musgrave group. He is an active retail technology investor. Eamonn is Chairman of kelsius a provider of digital food safety compliance software and hardware to the food and healthcare sectors. In addition, he is on the board of yReciepts a digital receipt business helping to connect the online world with real stores. More recently he has invested In Buymie, a grocery delivery platform seeking to solve the last mile problem of store to home. A former dragon on RTE's Dragons' Den, Eamonn is part of Ashoka's support network working with social entrepreneurs and a director of DCU's (Dublin City University) educational trust. He also currently chairs the Goverment's retail action group on food waste and is a member of the Irish Food Safety consultative panel.

Carol Jordan has over 15 years’ experience in international and UK news. She spent over a decade at CNN International and worked for a time at NBC News. Her roles have included Field Producer, Business Assignment Editor and she was also the producer of CNN's weekly business show ‘Marketplace Europe'. Laterally, she was a Senior News Editor at CNN, working regularly with its Special Events Department to cover set-piece events like 2018 G7 in Canada, 2017 Trump visit to the Middle East and the Royal Wedding. She has been Head of Planning at ITV News since the summer of 2018, where she plans predominantly UK coverage across many genres. Carol is passionate about diversity and female leadership and is one of the organisers of the London Irish in the Media Network.
