Day 1 - Adventure Activities Option

MORNING: Mountain Biking at the Ballyhoura MTB Park // AFTERNOON: Ballyhass Lakes, Mallow - High Ropes and Axe Throwing (full itinerary available on IAAT website)

The evening will include a networking event a the hotel with a showcase of activity providers, attractions/accommodation and food producers within the Munster Vales Region. Entertainment will also be provided. Lunch and dinner is included for participants.

Day 1 - Leisure Activities Option

MORNING: Lough Gur Heritage Centre, Bruff - guided tour of sites and lakeshore and presentation in Heritage Centre // AFTERNOON: Doneraile Court and Park (full itinerary available on IAAT website).

Day 2 - IAAT AGM

We will have our IAAT AGM for one hour max on the morning of Thursday 21st November. Agenda TBC

Day 2 - Conference

DAY 2 will include a series of key insights with talks from industry leaders including Paul Kelly (CEO, Fáilte Ireland), Michael Lennon (President, Irish Hotels Federation), Eoghan O’Mara Walsh (CEO, Irish Tourism Industry Confederation) with a key note from Mike O’Shea (Adventurer & Businessman). There will also be panel discussions on Insurance, PR and Guide Management & Standards.

There will be two concurrent breakout sessions in the afternoon, with option 1 covering ‘Accessing Public Funding’ and option 2 providing practical information on ‘Financial Planning for Seasonal Businesses’.
