The first step to become certified as a Kanban Management Professional (KMP), this high-energy, hands-on, two-evening course will make an introduction to the fundamentals of Kanban, make clear the key differentiators between Kanban and Scrum and deliver clear first-steps on implementing Kanban at the workplace.
Intended as a primer, this course is perfect for beginners and ensures preparedness for Kanban Fundamentals I and Kanban Fundamentals II.
