This high-energy, hands-on, one-day course will make an introduction to the fundamentals of Kanban, illustrate how Kanban acts as a visual capstone to popular project management methodologies and deliver clear first-steps on implementing Kanban at the workplace.

Intended as a primer, this course is perfect for those pursuing their Kanban Management Professional (KMP) certification and ensures preparedness for Kanban Fundamentals I and Kanban Fundamentals II.

Led by Brendan Wovchko of HUGE I/O, an Accredited Kanban Trainer, successful completion of this course will result in a certificate of completion issued by Lean Kanban University — recognized globally as the leading certifying body for Kanban professionals.

Transportation: Cincinnati has both Uber and Lyft service.

Accomodations: There are multiple nearby hotels.

Parking Metered parking is available immediately in front of the venue and multiple paid parking lots are within walking distance.

Internet: WiFi will be provided.

Meals are not provided.

Refreshments: A restaurant is on the premises with other nearby establishments as options.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be issued for all cancellations occurring at least 5 business days in advance of the event. For cancellations inside 5 business days, a redeemable credit will be issued for use at a future event.
