This high-energy, hands-on, two-afternoon course will make an introduction to the fundamentals of Kanban, illustrate how Kanban acts as a visual capstone to popular project management methodologies and deliver clear first-steps on implementing Kanban at the workplace.
Intended as a primer, this course is perfect for those pursuing their Kanban Management Professional (KMP) certification and ensures preparedness for Kanban Fundamentals I and Kanban Fundamentals II.
Led by Brendan Wovchko of HUGE I/O, an Accredited Kanban Trainer, successful completion of this course will result in a certificate of completion issued by Lean Kanban University — recognized globally as the leading certifying body for Kanban professionals.

Venue: The Dover Centre is conveniently located near the Moores Lane exit of I-65. Class will be held at Ramsey Solutions. Ramsey Solutions' office is at the rear of the complex one the first floor.
Transportation: Nashville has both Uber and Lyft service. For black car service contact Cool Springs Limo.
Accomodations: There are multiple, highly-rated hotels nearby. Hyatt Place is the most convenient.
Parking is free.
Internet: WiFi will be provided.
Meals are not provided.
Refreshments: Vending machines are available on the premises.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be issued for all cancellations occurring at least 5 business days in advance of the event. For cancellations inside 5 business days, a redeemable credit will be issued for use at a future event.
Please note that there is a class limit of 25 students. Also note that in order to make the course economically viable we need a minimum of 5 students.
