Refund policy: full refund within 14 days of purchase but not within 30 days to the event. After that tickets are transferable to another person or can be exchanged free of charge to one of our future events when requested before the event takes place. We hold rights to changes to the event schedule. If the event dates are moved e.g. due to government regulations or restrictions, we offer to exchange the ticket to any of our future events. Refunds are processed 7 days after the event has been organized.
Invoice payment term 14 day net. Ticket guaranteed only after the payment has been completed.
