Children’s Yoga & Wellbeing

We would like to welcome you to join us for Children’s Yoga & wellbeing.


We have an incredible session planned for your child. Starting off with some fun icebreakers and introductions. It will include journal writing, writing in a journal allows children to reflect on their thoughts and emotions. This can help them to better understand themselves and their feelings and lead to a deeper sense of self-awareness.

The session will consist of some movement on and off the mat, designed for all abilities. Yoga and mindfulness have been shown to improve both physical and mental health in children of school age. Yoga improves balance, strength and endurance in children.

We will finish with some light meditation and positive affirmations cards.

Investing in our children to prepare them for the world; in having a better mind, body and soul.

This class is for children age 5-8.

Your children will need water.
