Hotel
We encourage you to book your hotel using our discounted room rate at the Fairmont Hotel as soon as possible to ensure availability. Our room rate at the Fairmont currently offers a 50% discount from the online listed rate, and we expect it to sell out soon. As an alternative, other nearby hotels to the venue are the Stanford Court and the Mystic Hotel.
Training Day
Training day takes place on October 22, which is the day before the conference.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds requested within sixty (60) days of the original ticket purchase date are eligible for a full refund (minus a 4% transaction fee). After the sixty (60) days, tickets are not eligible for a refund, but may be transferred to another individual up to fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of the event. No refunds or transfers are allowed within thirteen (13) days prior to the event or once the event has started.
