Join the adventure during a delectable four-course dinner pairing the bivalve mollusk known as an oyster with coveted Piper-Heidsieck Champagne on Thursday, October 15 at Harbor House.

Executive Chef Zach Espinosa, fresh off his debut at Shaw’s Oyster Fest in Chicago, will create a menu pairing oysters with Piper-Heidsieck Champagnes. Piper-Heidsieck has been producing bubbles of distinction since 1785. Piper-Heidsieck loves the cinema and the cinema loves it back. The house is the official supplier of the most grandiose film festivals: Cannes Film Festival as well as the exclusive champagne of the Oscars®.

Piper-Heidsieck’s nonvintage champagne is well-respected and highly rated. Wine Spectator rated it 93/100 in 2012. This nonvintage gem will be featured along with three others.
