Slow Food comes to the Manor

A day of Slow Food Conversations and Ideas. Leading chefs, producers and thinkers will contribute to a range of talks, interactive sessions and tastings in a day designed to introduce the Slow Food movement to those at the heart of Birmingham food scene. Topics covered include; Ark of Taste - using forgotten foods, Menu for Change - sustainable practice for uncertain times, Good Clean and Fair - working with the our producers.
