What's the plan?
Day 1: Inspire We’re contacting some of our favorite speakers from around the world so they can come and inspire attendees with new ideas and techniques. Our plan is to have eight speaking slots, across a variety of topics and difficulty levels.
Day 2: Build The second day is hands-on tutorials: we’ll be preparing material covering the latest frameworks from WWDC, walking attendees through real-world projects they can take away afterwards, and giving everyone ample opportunity to experiment.
All profits for the event will be donated to App Camp for Girls. This wonderful charity is a place where girls, transgender and gender nonconforming youth can put their creative power to work, building apps, while being inspired by role models who are professional software developers.
Our venue is the fantastic new Apex Hotel in Bath, which is on a direct train line from London and close to Bristol airport for International guests. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible, and you can either stay at the venue or at one of the many other hotels nearby.
