Cancellation & Refunds Policy
Tickets are transferable up to the day before the event. We're offering refunds as per below:
- 100% refund up to 30 days before the event;
- 25% refund up to 14 days before the event
You can change the attendee of your ticket yourself via the link received in the order confirmation, or you can email us. If you need to cancel, please do email us and we will process the cancellation for you.
We will also give a full refund without time limit if you have applied for a visa in order to attend the conference and not been successful.
