Breathing & Mindfulness Session
A guided journey of resetting, releasing and reconnecting through the breath.
Each session builds on the previous one, helping you to pause, release stress, and reconnect with yourself in a safe and mindful way.

What you will need:
✔A quiet, comfortable space
✔We will start sitting and then lie down
✔A blanket to keep you warm
✔Water
✔A journal and pen – if you have them

This breathworkis a powerful exercise and may not be suitable for everyone.
It is not recommended if you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, severe asthma, epilepsy, untreated bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, or if you are in early pregnancy.
