About the Griffin Foundation Trust
The Griffin Foundation Trust is a registered UK charity established in 2013 by the Griffin Residential Group with a simple but meaningful goal — to give back to the communities that have supported the business over the years.
The Foundation provides financial grants and support to local individuals, charities and community projects, helping to fund initiatives that make a real difference to people’s lives. From supporting schools and community groups to assisting families and charitable organisations in need, the Trust is dedicated to strengthening and uplifting the communities we serve.
Since its creation, the Griffin Foundation Trust has funded over 80 local projects and donated more than £150,000 to worthwhile causes across the region.
This year marks a truly special milestone — Griffin’s 20th Anniversary. Celebrating two decades of growth, success, and community connection, this landmark occasion reflects not only the journey of the business, but the relationships, trust, and support built along the way. The Charity Ball provides a unique opportunity to honour this achievement while continuing the important work of giving back through the Foundation.
Events such as the Griffin Foundation Trust Charity Ball play a vital role in enabling the Foundation to continue its work. Through the generosity of supporters, sponsors and guests, we are able to raise essential funds that directly support local initiatives and those in need within our community.

Dress Code Black Tie / Formal Evening Wear
Event Timings Guests are invited to arrive from 7:00pm, with a drinks reception on arrival. The evening will conclude at 12:00am (midnight).
Seating Guests will be seated at tables of 10–12. If you would like to be seated with specific guests or are attending as part of a group, please let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Entertainment We are curating a vibrant evening of entertainment to ensure a memorable experience for all guests. The night will feature a live DJ, professional photographer, Live band , photo booth, and 360° camera.
We are also in the process of securing additional entertainment, which may include interactive experiences, and surprise elements throughout the evening to enhance the atmosphere. Further details will be shared closer to the event.
Fundraising A silent auction and raffle will take place during the evening, with all proceeds supporting the important work of the Griffin Foundation Trust.
Payments Please note that this will be a cashless event. Payments for raffle tickets, auction items, and any additional activities can be made via card.

Starters • Chicken, Apricot & Pistachio Terrine Served with spiced chutney and toasted sourdough
• Crispy King Prawn & Herb Fishcake With lemon crème fraîche and watercress
• Roasted Cauliflower & Chestnut Soup (V, VG, DF, GF) Finished with white truffle oil
Mains • Traditional Roast Turkey With garlic & herb roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, sage stuffing, winter vegetables, and gravy
• Slow-Braised Beef Short Rib (GF) With parsnip purée, glazed carrots, and a red wine jus
• Pan-Roasted Sea Bream Fillet (GF) With crushed potatoes, buttered leeks, and parsley butter
• Festive Vegetable Wellington (V, VG) With roasted squash, mushroom & chestnut filling, served with herb gravy
Desserts • Chocolate & Salted Caramel Tart Finished with sea salt flakes
• Traditional Christmas Pudding Served with brandy cream
