Evangelical Church Marketing Retreat March 2025
Come join us at the Evangelical Church Marketing Retreat in March 2025 to learn, connect, and grow your Church's outreach strategies!
Please note: Ticket prices only include admission to the retreat and lunch during the week (Monday-Friday, March 17-21, 2025). Plane tickets, hotel, and meals aside from lunch aren't included.
We will likely have a small snack in the conference part of the retreat.
We would also like to have some activities the Friday before and the Monday after, as well as the weekends before and after, if you'd like to take part, but these are optional and are at cost (shouldn't be too expensive, but that depends on what we end up doing and aren't required).
Please write us at support@faithventuremedia.com if you're needing help getting a hotel, and we'll see how we can help you.

On Monday, we will focus on the Church website as the central hub for your digital ministry. Your website is the first impression many people will have of your Church, and it should reflect Christ’s love and the mission of your congregation. We’ll explore ways to design a site that engages visitors, strengthens connections with members, and shares the Gospel effectively. Topics will include optimizing for SEO to reach your community, enhancing engagement, and ensuring your website serves as a welcoming digital front door to your Church.
Lunch will be served at the campus.
We'll be serving at a local afterschool program on the same campus.

Tuesday is about using technology to serve the Church more effectively, freeing up time for ministry by automating routine tasks. Church Management Systems (ChMS) allow you to follow up with guests, manage member information, and communicate efficiently—all while staying rooted in biblical principles of stewardship and care. By the end of the day, you’ll be equipped with practical ways to use automation in line with God’s vision for effective and compassionate Church leadership.

On Wednesday, we will focus on social media and advertising as tools for spreading the Good News and reaching people beyond the Church’s physical location. We’ll explore how to use social media to foster meaningful engagement, promote events, and share the message of Christ with those who may not yet know Him. From organic strategies to paid ads, you’ll learn practical methods to amplify your Church’s voice and fulfill the Great Commission through digital outreach.

Thursday will center on building trust with your congregation and community through online reviews and testimonials. Just as the early Church spread through personal testimony, today’s digital world allows us to share stories of God’s work in people’s lives. We’ll discuss how to manage reviews, leverage member testimonials, and highlight authentic stories that reflect the impact of your Church. By the end of the day, you’ll be prepared to use these tools to build trust and invite others into a deeper relationship with Christ.

On Friday, we’ll introduce Church Growth Frameworks, simple and memorable acronyms designed to help your Church grow in alignment with God’s mission. These frameworks focus on key areas like website outreach, audience engagement, and trust-building, making complex strategies easier to apply in a way that honors the Gospel. You’ll leave with practical tools to help your Church fulfill its calling to disciple, serve, and reach more people for Christ.
